We envision a vibrant Oakland where historically marginalized communities shape their neighborhoods’ future, have equitable opportunities for healthy food and safe community spaces, and build community wealth.

We are seeking a development consultant to sharpen our organizational fundraising strategies and expand our grant-writing capacity to sustain our work in the years ahead. The consultant should have proven success securing single- and multi-year grants that support community-based public health initiatives, including in the areas of food justice, environmental & climate justice, and/or neighborhood planning and power-building.
